CustomTVCovers.Com - Manufactures a completely Custom TV Cover for your flat screen or LCD television and matching covers for your other electronic equipment such as satellite box and/or DVD/Blue Ray player. Made in the USA with our state of the art equipment on our own premises!

Our covers provide beautiful protection from dust, dirt, moisture, and static. Our Custom TV Covers are manufactured using the highest quality marine vinyl for durability in outdoor use, and are individually made to fit your TV and mount measurements.

The marine vinyl material is manufactured with a non-scratch fabric interior bonded to the vinyl for extra durablity. Extra lining is available as an additional option however it is not necessary unless you add embroidery to your cover. The extra lining covers the interior of the front of the Custom TV Cover against the TV screen and covers the interior embroidered surface for a smooth finished inside and provides extra support for the embroidery stitches.

The lining will contribute additional thickness and interior softness to any cover it is added to. For those who want a thicker,softer cover, the lining may be added to our plain or silhouette outdoor TV covers as well.

We offer an unlimited assortment of design silhouettes including our stock images shown below or those modeled after your own photograph and other images at your request. We topstitch the silhouette onto the front of your cover with color coordinated specialty UV treated thread.

These designs are available for an additional charge. This charge is dependent on the size of your television cover as the size of the design is proportioned to fit your television cover. The cost is listed on the price page, and will automatically be calculated and totaled when you make your selections on the order page.

You may select the color of the cover, and the color of the silhouette when you fill out the form on the order page. You may choose any of our stock marine vinyl colors on the standard order form. If you would prefer another color, let us know. Here are some sample photographs:

Custom TV Covers are made to function with different types of Flat Screen Television mounts. Click here to view mounts. Each cover which needs an opening to allow the mount to pass through, has a complete marine vinyl interior facing which reinforces the opening as shown.


Our Custom TV Cover has a complete facing around the mount attachment hole. This reinforces the edges and corners for durability. The opening on our covers is very strong and resists tearing at the corners and all edges.	Our Competitor's covers have only a short-cut "hem" around the mount attachment hole. The opening on these covers is very weak and prone to tearing at the corners.
